The young woman has evolved professionally with the <strong>wine logistics company<\/strong>. Today, she is one of the four <strong>in charge of customer relations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;<em>I am here to facilitate communication between the customer\u2019s demand and the technical organization. This is a key role, since I am one of the first customer contacts<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Sicsoe, a training company<\/h2>\n<p>In September 2008, Sou\u00e2d A\u00eftali gets a trilingual assistant BTS and knocks on the door of Sicsoe. Her <strong>enthusiasm and listening skills<\/strong> allow her to obtain a position between the reception and the management. These first steps are crucial, since it is there that she learnt the operation part of the business. For two and a half years, she learned the <strong>requirements of the logistics of wine<\/strong>. She also assists managers who entrust her with ancillary tasks: prepare action plans for clients or conduct business visits in English. Perfect for Sou\u00e2d who has a principle: &#8220;<em>If it needs to be done, it needs to be done well<\/em>!&#8221;. Again, she demonstrates her desire to learn. It is also a step closer to the direct relationship with customers.<\/p>\n<h2>Her skills to serve Sicsoe<\/h2>\n<p>Her knowledge of the different services (<strong>wine-winery, bottling, logistics, sales platform<\/strong>) is paying off: in February 2011, she signed a permanent contract with Sicsoe as customer relations executive! A function that highlights her reactivity, her relations skills and professionalism: the keywords of her new responsibility within the company.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;<em>It&#8217;s pretty amazing to say that I grew up with the company, I wasn\u2019t yet 20 years old when I arrived. I am pleased to have achieved this<\/em>!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The young woman also benefited from <strong>external training financed by Sicsoe<\/strong>. Improvements she has put into practice, in addition to sharing her knowledge with managers and employees of Sicsoe. &#8220;<em>I like to learn from other employees<\/em>&#8220;, says Sou\u00e2d.<\/p>\n<p>In eight years, Sou\u00e2d a\u00eftali has evolved a lot, professionally. Like other employees of the <strong>wine logistics company,<\/strong> her personal trajectory accompanied the <strong>modernization of the company<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;<em>It was a rough stone that was carved and shaped by and with all of us, little by little.
