Our turnover also increased by 170% in 7 years. Thanks to this increased strength and skills, we are able to offer our customers a high-performance service in our businesses: wine-winery, bottling, logistics and sales platform.<\/p>\n<h2>Equipment investments:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> The winery (\u20ac 3 million):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks to the installation of new tanks, we now have a capacity of <strong>770,000 hectolitres of wine per year<\/strong>. We are certified in agri-food (BRC, IFS, Organic Farming) so the offer to our customers is complete. Our laboratory specialized in wine analysis will also soon be certified Cofrac (French Accreditation Committee).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> The packaging chain (\u20ac 3.5 million):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The expansion<\/strong> of the <strong>packaging hall<\/strong> was carried out in order to have a suitable storage area for the wine. We also invested in a <strong>new high-performance bottling line<\/strong> with a rate of 8,000 bottles \/h. It incorporates all the latest technologies for rinsing, corking, bottling of the wine, etc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Logistics (\u20ac 10 million):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We redesigned the <strong>shipping dock<\/strong> and built a<strong> safe<\/strong> for the grands crus. This 6,000 m\u00b2 storage space is dedicated to the great wines. It is fully <strong>secured<\/strong> with access controls and <strong>video surveillance.<\/strong> In addition, the safe is <strong>RFSE certified<\/strong> (Suspensive Export Tax Regime) and is in the process of obtaining an <strong>Authorized Economic Operator<\/strong> title for all export-related matters.<\/p>\n<p>Investments have also made it possible to have an optimal traceability of the wine throughout the supply chain, thanks to radio warehouse management tools (portable terminals, barcodes &#8230;).<\/p>\n<h2>Personnel investments:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Teams training (\u20ac 100,000 per year):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every year since 2009, Sicsoe invests in the internal and external training of its teams. In 2015, 98% of employees were trained.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Hiring:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Since 2011, we have recruited managers from the industrial sector for <strong>logistics, production, quality<\/strong> and <strong>maintenance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The laboratory :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have allowed one of our oenologists to develop <strong>skills<\/strong>. He now accompanies our customers for optimum wine shipping in 90 countries.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Boiler room:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A metrologist position was created for one of our oenologists. He is in charge of <strong>customs control<\/strong> and <strong>fraud protection<\/strong>.
