Wherever it comes from and however long it will stay there, every wine sent to the winery has its own personalized system based on the expectations and demands of the producer or trader.

Each step is subject to traceability and a unique and adapted tracking provided by the technical team and an oenologist. The laboratory controls and analyzes the tracking of each wine, from its reception until after bottling. The role of the winery team is also to provide advice to each customer and provide the best treatments and storage.
