Whatever the volume of the wine, each stage is subject to traceability and a unique and adapted tracking provided by the technical team and two oenologists.

The principle: every time a wine is worked on, a customized analysis is performed.



All devices used in monitoring and controlling the wine are subject to a metrological control (calibration and systematic and regulatory verification of the devices).

The laboratory controls and analyses the tracking of each wine, from its reception to until after bottling.
